cyclone strike is a fucking waste of points. first it never connects to even half of the maximum hits alowed, even at level 10, will connect at 2 or 3 enemies even if you have 9 enemies around ya. second, its not damage BOOST, but a small part of your damage. it realy looks like its a bugged power. is a bug, only explanation!
